Being a mom can be such a blessing but it can also be SO HARD!
Parenting in a world where we are expected to live up to the moms in Pinterest. How Often Are Counseling Sessions?
I see clients for counseling sessions at consistent times on a weekly and bi-weekly basis. Most clients report a reduction in anxiety, depression and other uncomfortable emotions by meeting at least one time per week at the same day and time each week. I recognize that sometimes this is not possible due to events outside of our control; in these cases we will work together to create and maintain a schedule that works best for you.
If You Would Like to Utilize Your Insurance Benefits for Counseling Services
I am in network with most major insurance panels and I am also able to provide a superbill and assist you in billing your private insurance if you are with someone other than those listed above. Many clients have found that they are able to be reimbursed for a portion of services if I am out of network for them.

Telemental Health / Virtual Online Therapy
“One more appointment!? If I could easily get myself and my family showered, dressed, and out of the house I wouldn’t need to come to therapy.”
“I have no one to help watch the kids.”
If these thoughts sound familiar lets discuss the option of online therapy. Online Therapy is conducted through a Safe, Secure, and HiPAA Compliant software. You can access it through your computer, tablet, phone or any device that has internet.
But I don’t have Childcare…
You are welcome to bring those babies to session! You know your baby better than anyone, but many moms find that they are able to bring their "babes in arms".
